Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FetherCollect (the “Service”), operated by FetherCollect (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1What FetherCollect is
FetherCollect is a marketplace for buying, selling, and collecting graded trading cards. Purchases are settled on-chain from a balance you connect. Listings are aggregated from third-party marketplaces (such as Collector Crypt), and cards are held in blockchain wallets. We are a technology platform that facilitates these transactions; we are not a broker, dealer, bank, exchange, or custodian of your funds.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions in your jurisdiction on buying, selling, or holding blockchain-based assets.
3Your account and wallets
Some features provision blockchain wallets (“Collection Wallets”) on your behalf. Where a wallet is self-custody and its private key is made available to you, you are solely responsible for securing that key. Anyone with your private key controls the wallet and everything in it. We cannot recover, reset, or reverse transactions, and we cannot restore a lost key. Keep your credentials, keys, and connected wallets secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
4Purchases, listings, and fees
Prices shown are sourced live and can change or become unavailable at any time. When you buy, sell, or open a pack, you authorize the associated on-chain transaction. FetherCollect charges a fee on transactions, which may be included in the total you approve. Blockchain network fees and third-party marketplace fees may also apply. All sales are final once settled on-chain; we cannot reverse a completed transaction.
5Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — including marketplaces, custodians, blockchain networks, wallet providers, and bridging or routing services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their availability, or the authenticity, grading, condition, or delivery of any card. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.
6Risk disclosure
Blockchain-based assets are volatile and carry risk. Transactions are irreversible. Software, networks, and third-party services may fail, be delayed, or be exploited. The value of any card or token may go down as well as up, and you may lose the entire value of your holdings. You use the Service at your own risk and should not transact with funds you cannot afford to lose.
7No financial or investment advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Estimated values, comparables, and market figures are informational only and are not appraisals or guarantees. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes arising from your activity.
8Tokens
Any reference to a token associated with FetherCollect (including “$Fether”) is provided for information only and is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and is not a promise of any return. A displayed contract address is provided as-is; always verify it independently before interacting with any token.
9Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, launder money, evade sanctions, defraud anyone, or interfere with or attack the Service. We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetherCollect and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
12Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service means you accept them. We may also modify or discontinue features at any time.
